Classic aromas of black tea, mandarin, and fresh cherries are layered on top of sage and exotic spices. On the palate, a concentration of early suave tannins and lots of Bien Nacido spice. We expect this wine to come into its own sometime in the next five years and age beautifully through 2030 and beyond.
One of the oldest vineyards in Santa Barbara County, Bien Nacido takes its influence from its rocky soils and steep, windswept hillsides…resulting in a refined complexity that only time and maturity can produce.
